How do I receive the account information after placing an order?

Once the order is placed and payment is received, your order is considered complete and the account details, along with some safety guidelines, will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.

If you do not receive an email from us with the account details in your inbox, please check your spam / junk folders as it may have ended up there. If it's not anywhere to be found, please reach out to the agent you spoke to, or contact us.
