To cancel an order, please reply to the Order Confirmation email you received at checkout, or contact us.
Orders can only be canceled up until they are fulfilled, meaning you've already paid and the account details have been sent to you. Once the account details have been delivered the order is considered final and cannot be canceled. You can sell back an account to us at this point if you do not wish to keep it.
